After the long, hot, dry Summer the long-awaited rain has arrived...Mother Nature always does her best to even things out...if only she would do it in moderation!!
Unfortunately, some villagers have not been enjoying the best of health lately, so we send them warmest Get Well Wishes and hope by the time this is printed they are on the way to better times.
We had a lovely Harvest Festival so thanks to all who came, it was especially nice to welcome people from other villagers to share our service. Our next service will be our Carol Service on Sunday 21st December at 6pm and as ever all welcome.
This is the time of year when we record out heartfelt thanks to all who have supported our Church for yet another year...it is so very much appreciated, we are indeed very fortunate for such a small population, to have so many gifted, talented and generous people.
To those of you who are off on your travels to spend the festive season with family and friends we hope you have a great time and a safe journey back home and for those of us left in the village we have the excitement of hopefully Christmas Guide Dog Pups to look forward to...
