Repairing The Dry Stone Walls

Over time, our dry stone walls had fallen into disrepair in the historic churchyard

We decided it was time to show them some TLC and David Strivens Building Services have begun work (07590 371816 david.strivens1@gmail.com)

We have so far repaired a number of key sections of the walls including the gate end and some other fallen boundary walls

Here are the before and after pictures so far!

While the work is in progress, please take extra care in the churchyard as there are loose stones as the remaining walls are fixed

How You Can Help Towards Our Projects Like This

It costs over £20,000 each year to keep the church open and maintain the churchyard - and then there are the big projects like this we are trying to catch up on

There are 3 ways you can help:

  1. If you are able to donate, please click here or on the Parish Giving icon below
  2. Another way is to join our Friends organisation (FOStA) who support the fabric of the church through events and campaigns
  3. And then a FREE way to help our fabric is by generating cashback each time you shop online including at places like Amazon, Tesco and 7,500 other shops. Click here or on the Easyfundraising picture below

And THANK YOU as your support will allow us to do more
